A woman's body is magnificent and powerful. Everyday, I witness women told otherwise. That their bodies are flawed, that they aren't strong enough, or capable, or even that their body doesn't know what to do. These are all falsehoods.

Fear doesn't belong in birth.

We were never meant to approach birth with overwhelming anxiety and crippling fear of the unknown. We were meant to surrender to a deep instinctual knowledge that is embedded within us. The strength is already built in. Your body and your baby know what to do.
