Cancellation Policy

Rental Fees Pricing will vary depending on the type of reservation. Hourly pricing breakdown is as follows: Private Practitioner: $40 per hour Community Events: $35 per hour Ministry Events: $25 per hour A minimum of **2 hours** per booking is required. Included Amenities The rental fee includes access to: Coffee and tea service Use of office space, furniture, and equipment Booking and Payment Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice for a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Use of Space The Renter shall use the space solely for the agreed purpose and in a professional manner. The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the space is left clean and in the same condition as found. Any damage to property or equipment caused by the Renter shall be the financial responsibility of the Renter. Liability and Indemnification The Village Doula is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to the Renter’s property. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold The Village Doula harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Renter’s use of the space. Proof of insurance will be required for any private practice modalities such as; Massage therapy, CST/DBB, chiropractic care, or any therapeutic modality that includes physical contact. Termination The Village Doula reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Renter violates any terms and conditions or does not provide required documents such as this document.
