As a mother of 4, I have personally experienced the overwhelming pressures of navigating the birth world and early parenthood. There are so many options, methods, locations, research, and the list goes on. As a birth and postpartum doula one of my primary jobs is helping my clients find the right path to journey down for their birth and parenthood experience. I help them prepare for this by providing the resources and the professional expertise they need to feel comfortable and validated in their choices.

I am most known for my coaching on medical induction for birth. As a doula that has attended over 75 induction in the last 5 years, I have first hand experience from a professional lense. We face many agressive interventions and aggressive methods while participating in inductions. The risks are high, C-section rates are only continuing to rise. I am dedicated to reducing those numbers. To seeing more mothers deliver vaginally. To experience less birth trauma.  You don't have to sacrifice your entire birth vision because you are getting induced. You CAN have a beautiful birth, even though an induction.
