Placenta Encapsulation ~ Reservation

Service Description

The 50% retaining fee will be due at booking and a Placenta agreement is required to be signed. This will be sent to you within your confirmation email. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the placenta capsules. You will be invoiced once the placenta has been retrieved. If the travel time is more than 30 minutes, you will be charged a delivery fee of $20 -or- a shipping fee of $10, whichever is appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% retaining fee will be due at booking/upon signing of this agreement. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the placenta capsules. You will be invoiced once the placenta has been retrieved. If the travel time is more than 30 minutes, you will be charged a delivery fee of $20 -or- a shipping fee of $10, whichever is appropriate. If your placenta was deemed unfit to encapsulate due to severe infection or other conditions, your retaining/booking fee will be returned to you minus a $65 fee. If you choose to cancel the placenta encapsulation, the retaining fee is non-refundable. All remaining fees will be voided. If you cancel placenta services after the placenta process has already been started, including the placenta being picked up, 50% of the remaining fee is still owed.
